Welcome to Francis Kennels Reservation System. We thank you for choosing
us to
board your pet. Please fill in the information below to complete
your on-line reservation. Note: Reservation is NOT
guaranteed until
we contact you by phone and provide confirmation status and a credit
card will be required for reservation. If
you do not hear from us within two days, please call the office 937-374-1636 to
make your reservation. All
information collected on this page is not shared or sold to anyone else.
This information is for our use only to make reservations for our establishment.
Francis Kennels requires a $25.00 boarding reservation hold fee. Your boarding
reservation is not valid unless we have this fee. The fee is a credit towards
services we offer - if you must cancel a boarding reservation, and you do
it within 48 business hours, you will have a credit on your kennel account for
any of our many services. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, we keep the
$25.00 as a processing fee.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT USE
ONLINE RESERVATION FORM if needed reservation is less than 3 days from
date you submit the form. Your reservation will not be accepted. Call our office instead. We want to be
able to meet your needs and will be better able to help you if you call our
office for short notice reservations.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
Must be made over the phone.
We can not guarantee holiday reservations submitted thru our website reservation
form.
A two business day notice, or more, is required to cancel your reservation prior
to drop off date. If less than two days notice of
cancellation, or a no show occurs, a $25 fee will be charged.
(Credit Card will be required when reservation is made.)
