"Return your pet better than we received it - no matter what."  We have lived, worked and breathed this mission statement since we opened in 2002.  Now we carry it even further.  Francis Kennels now has a Pet Health Warranty for our guests.  Starting August 1, 2005, a mandatory $1 charge, per pet, per day, will be added to the price of the pets' kennel stay.  This charge will cover up to $300 in veterinary charges, up to and including seven days after the pet has been picked up from our facility.  **This does not include pets in for grooming, doggie day care, or using Tranzpet services for other than boarding needs.**   Some conditions do not apply including but not limited to bordetella (canine cough).  Please call the kennel office @ 374-1636 for more details.  Returning your pet better than we received it - now we go further.
